bedroom units, leasing at $520 per month.
Included in the rent are water, sewage and
garbage.
Tenants pay for electricity. All rooms have
individually controlled electric baseboard
heat.

Our Pet Policy
Allowed pets, with a pet agreement lease
addendum include:
1 puppy or adult dog, up to 35 pounds, non
vicious breed
1-2 house cats, or
1 small dog and 1 house cat
NOTE: 2 toy dogs, each under 10 pounds, may
be considered, on a case by case basis only
All pets must be spayed or neutered.
Dogs must be on a hand held leash when
outside.
Pet owners are to clean up outside immediately
after a dog does his or her business.
Pets cannot be a nuisance or danger to other
tenants.
FEES:
$30 per month pet fee, due with monthly
townhome leasing payment
$150 non-refundable pet deposit for increased
wear and tear
CONDITIONS:
1. Tenants must contact the office prior to
bringing a pet or a new pet to the property.
2. The Pet Wellness Form, given to tenants prior
to the pet being brought to the property, must be
returned to the office signed by the dog or cat's
vet. A vet must confirm the weight of a dog.
3. A pet agreement is signed as a lease
addendum by all adults over 18 on the lease.
4. Payment of $180 is paid prior to signing a pet
agreement lease addendum and prior to the pet
(s) being brought to the property.
5. The pet's immunization and health records
must be provided to the office.
6. The pet is approved and can be brought onto
the property.
